The Eiserne Steg (Iron Footbridge) is a pedestrian bridge in Frankfurt am Main, first built in 1868, which crosses the Main and connects the Fahrtor with the district of Sachsenhausen. The footbridge was replaced in 1912 by an enlarged structure that was blown up in the last days of the Second World War, rebuilt in 1946 and thoroughly renovated in 1993.
