Oper Leipzig

Inaugurated in 1960, the Leipzig Opera House is the venue for the ballet and opera divisions. It is located exactly opposite the Gewandhaus and in the middle of Augustusplatz. The construction of the opera cost around 44.6 million marks. Today, the opera stands for the highest craftsmanship and musical quality. From operetta, play opera, musical, opera to modern or classical ballet, you can admire everything there. Only 220 meters away you can comfortably and safely park your car for an opera visit in our underground parking garage.
