What is EasyPark?
Smart parking with the EasyPark app at Q-Park
Since 2000, our partner EasyPark has been making urban life easier with the EasyPark app. The app offers short-stay parkers parking spaces from a wide range of car park operators, such as Q-Park, bundled on one platform. This way, drivers can easily find parking spaces at their desired destination, park "digitally" without tickets and cash and thus save precious time.-

Which Q-Park car parks can I park in with the EasyPark app?
You can park in all Q-Park facilities in Düsseldorf that are equipped with the number plate recognition system using the EasyPark app, except Q-Park Carsch Haus and Q-Park Gap 15. More cities will follow shortly.
IMPORTANT for Q-Park customers with long-term parking card who are also EasyPark customers:
- Are you a long-term parker in a Q-Park parking facility with number plate recognition in Düsseldorf? (You can find the list of these parking facilities here).
- Do you use the long-term parking card as a means of access in this parking facility?
- Are you also an EasyPark customer?
If you have answered "Yes" to all questions, you have to transfer your long-term parking product to the Q-Park app. Otherwise, the barrier will soon open automatically for you as an EasyPark short-stay parker and you will pay twice. Please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: If you already have an online account, you need to find out the access data for your "My Q-Park account". If you do not have an online account, please contact our customer service at servicecenter@q-park.de or call +49(0)2181/8190-290 before taking any further steps to receive an activation link.
Step 2: Download Q-Park app from the respective store.

Step 3: Log in to the app either with your existing Q-Park account or via the activation link sent to you. Long-term parking products are automatically transferred to the app when you log in to the app with your existing Q-Park account with which you have subscribed to your long-term parking product.
Step 4: Select your long-term parking product and enter your licence plate.
