We have taken over the object on 01.02.2023 and unfortunately no insight into bookings before this date.
As a result, bookings made before 01.02.2023 are no longer valid.
You would have to make a new booking on our website, under the following link https://www.q-park.de/de-de/staedte/hamburg/holidayparking-p11/.
After that you have to cancel your first booking.
Credit notes from Holiday Park Plus bookings currently take 6-8 weeks, as the lists with the bookings as well as the payments made before 01.02.2023 have not yet been completely sent to us.
In order to avoid difficulties with the entry, we also recommend our customers to deposit their license plates using the Google Form provided.
Please create a customer account when reserving your parking space and store the billing address of your employer in the profile. You will automatically receive the invoice with this billing address by e-mail after the reservation. A subsequent change is unfortunately not possible.
You can easily reserve a parking space in advance on our homepage. Here you enter the location of your choice, followed by the desired date and time. All options, including prices, will be filtered for you so you can find the best deal for you.

Note: It is not yet possible to reserve a parking space at all Q-Park parking properties.
One-time entry is possible during the entire reservation period. However, please ensure that the reservation time is not changed by a ‘late’ entry.
Example: if you have booked the 3-day rail fare from Monday, it will be available from 00:00 on Monday until 23:59 on Wednesday. If you only arrive on Tuesday, the departure time will still be Wednesday 23:59 at the latest and will not be extended.
If you park for longer, you will incur additional costs to the daily rates. These will be automatically debited from the payment method you used to make your booking.
