How it works:
Select the Q-Park parking property you want book online. Enter the date and time of arrival and select your preferred payment method. A few minutes after your reservation, you will receive an email with information about the reservation and access.
When you arrive at the parking facility of your choice, the barrier will open either automatically by licence plate recognition or after scanning the QR code stored in the e-mail at the barrier terminal and removing the prepaid parking ticket, which will be printed out for you at the barrier terminal.
If you would like to change your number plate, this can be done easily up to 1 hour before the start of your reservation.
Park your vehicle quickly and easily in the parking facility and enjoy your day in the city.
When you return, you don't have to go to the pay machine, but can leave immediately if you haven't exceeded your reserved time. The barrier at the exit opens again either automatically based on your licence plate number or after you insert your prepaid ticket, which you received upon entry.
